Cooking Instructions
Beef
The following items can be prepared by broiling for 10 -14 minutes (depending upon personal preference and thickness):
Thick Filet, Chateau Briand, Thick NY Sirloin, Executive Cut Filet of Sirloin, Porter House, Executive Cut Rib Steak
Lobster Tails
Thaw, split back with scissors and pull shell away from meat. Place butter and seasoning in open shell and loosely cover with foil. Place in oven for 8 -10 minutes on broil. Remove and enjoy.
Fish & Chicken
The items listed below can be prepared with the following instructions: Thaw and bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 -30 minutes. Serve with a white sauce.
